New Board Elected
Sugarloaf Mountain Polocrosse Club elected its first ever board of directors at a members meeting, Saturday November 19th. The new board will organize the growing club for the 2012 season.
SMPC Wins Their Tournament
Dickerson, Md., - Local teams won three of four divisions at the Sugarloaf Mountain Polocrosse Club’s Halloween Tournament last weekend. Sugarloaf teams in the top two divisions both went undefeated, each winning four games over two days of play.
Three Sugarloaf Players To Represent US
Three Sugarloaf Mountain Players were selected to represent the American Polocrosse Association for international tours and test matches in 2012.
SMPC To Host Tournament
Dickerson, Md. – Oct., 12, 2011 – Sugarloaf Mountain Polocrosse Club will host its first polocrosse tournament on Oct., 22, and 23, 2011 at Two Sisters Farm in Dickerson, MD. The tournament will draw 50 competitors from five states to compete in four grades of competition.
The Sugarloaf Mountain Polocrosse Club Halloween Tournament will draw competitors from Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina. The four grades of play will include international players, as well as beginners.
